Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- BC & Alberta: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Order Issues If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed. Please email us at hello@healthilyeverafter.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
